What you'll do

• Lead daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, and supervision
• ensure health, safety, sanitation, and food-handling compliance
• develop retail and wholesale growth strategies
• manage budgets, margins, sales reporting, cash controls, inventory, vendors, and purchasing
• improve customer service, promotions, and store presentation
• contribute to business planning and expansion
• perform secondary department duties as needed.
