What you'll do

• Lead and support accounting professionals through day-to-day direction, coaching, prioritization, and development. Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities. Review journal entries, reconciliations, analyses, schedules, and audit support. Investigate significant or unusual variances and ensure timely resolution. Oversee assigned general ledger activities, including intercompany accounting and allocations. Lead process improvements focused on automation, standardization, controls, and close efficiency. Support system implementations, process changes, and special projects
• identify and escalate accounting, control, reporting, or timeline risks.
