What you'll do

• Lead and mentor business development and marketing teams
• develop and execute go-to-market strategy
• set revenue targets, KPIs, and departmental goals
• build relationships with clients and strategic partners
• oversee prospecting and pursuit strategies
• guide proposals, interviews, and presentations
• monitor market trends and pipeline
• coordinate pursuit handoffs with estimating, preconstruction, and operations
• represent the company at industry and community events
• lead hiring and development
• oversee planning and budgets
• review and execute owner agreements.
