The Associate Attorney — Family Law & Domestic Relations role is onsite in Cleveland, OH; compensation is not specified. The attorney independently manages a diverse caseload and advises clients through emotionally sensitive legal matters, from initial consultation through settlement or trial. The role contributes through advocacy, case strategy, client communication, and collaboration with attorneys and support staff.

What you'll do

• Represent clients in divorce, dissolution, custody, parenting time, child and spousal support, property division, post-decree modifications, contempt proceedings, and applicable domestic violence matters
• manage cases through resolution
• draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, agreements, and parenting plans
• conduct legal research
• attend hearings, mediations, depositions, conferences, and trials
• communicate with clients
• collaborate with colleagues
• participate in networking and business development.

Why this role
