Registered Nurse (RN) - Shift Flexibility

Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care. Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and provide resident education. Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks as appropriate. Maintain current care plans and assist in the assessment of potential admissions.
