What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• provide companionship and support social activities
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• prepare meals based on client preferences and health requirements
• observe and report changes in well-being
• provide medication reminders and support treatment plans
• monitor blood sugar levels if applicable
• transport clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
