What you'll do

• Prepare food according to menus and facility and Minnesota Department of Health guidelines
• maintain proper food storage and FIFO practices
• direct dietary staff in food production methods and standards
• follow infection-control, safety, and sanitation procedures
• maintain food-preparation areas and equipment.
