The Project Manager, Commercial Construction role is onsite in Midlothian, VA, and oversees commercial construction projects across the United States. The salary range is $90,000–$130,000 per year. The Project Manager leads project teams and coordinates project delivery from pre-bid through completion. The role manages budgets, schedules, documentation, safety, quality, and relationships with clients and subcontractors to help deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Lead project teams, including project coordinators and superintendents
• manage project budgets, costs, and financial performance
• collaborate with preconstruction during pre-bid
• monitor progress and report schedule and budget changes
• use construction management tools to track milestones and documentation
• maintain client, subcontractor, and internal relationships
• ensure safety and building-code compliance and quality control.

Why this role
