What you'll do

• Lead and execute community sales and marketing initiatives, including tours, lead follow-up, CRM management, competitive analysis, and census and budget goals
• develop quarterly marketing plans with leadership
• build referral and community relationships through networking, presentations, events, and partnerships
• manage social media and online reviews
• coordinate move-ins
• maintain marketing materials and reports
• uphold confidentiality and professional standards.
