What you'll do

• Investigate manufacturing loss, scrap, and downtime
• develop corrective strategies to improve overall equipment effectiveness
• lead root-cause investigations using methods such as 8D, DMAIC, 5-Why, and Fishbone Analysis
• clarify quality standards with Operations
• review specifications and process capability
• collaborate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and R&D
• use AI and analytics tools
• update SOPs, control plans, and training materials
• report metrics and conduct targeted age testing.
