What you'll do

• Lead capital improvement projects from planning through closeout
• develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and bid packages
• solicit and evaluate bids and negotiate contracts
• oversee contractors, consultants, and vendors
• conduct site visits and field oversight
• manage multiple projects, schedules, budgets, change orders, and cost controls
• ensure compliance with company standards, building codes, and regulations
• coordinate with property management and operations to prioritize needs
• contribute to capital planning
• and report project status, risks, budgets, and timelines to executive leadership.
