What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in person, by phone, and online
• receive, qualify, and process orders
• verify insurance and eligibility information
• enter orders and prepare work orders and paperwork
• coordinate delivery and pickup
• maintain patient files and delivery records
• obtain authorizations and physician orders as needed
• instruct customers and caregivers in safe equipment use
• deliver, set up, and educate customers about prescribed medical equipment.
