What you'll do

• Receive work orders and communicate them to paint and carpentry crews
• manage production schedules and update the production manager
• schedule pre-job, daily, and final walkthroughs
• communicate start dates and project status to clients and crews
• manage crews and subcontractors to keep projects on budget
• visit job sites, review hours and photos, and provide change-order information
• manage materials and vendors
• notify accounting when projects are ready to invoice
• report personnel performance metrics and issues.
