Peritoneal Dialysis Nurse

What you'll do

• Coordinate peritoneal dialysis care, patient training, and education
• complete patient intakes and assessments
• implement and document home dialysis care
• review orders and consent forms
• monitor treatments and medications
• obtain and report laboratory tests
• review patient flowsheets and communicate results
• supervise caregivers
• and provide emergency support as needed.
