Residential Support Specialist (RSS)

The Residential Support Specialist (RSS) role is onsite in Sandston, VA, with compensation of $16.50–$18.50 per hour. ALIGN Integrated Care’s residential program provides a recovery-oriented setting for residents receiving ASAM Level 3.1 care. The RSS provides supervision and direct support to help residents work toward treatment goals, maintain safety, and build personal responsibility, emotional growth, and independence.

What you'll do

• Provide 24-hour milieu supervision and scheduled wellness, safety, and room checks
• support daily routines, life skills, treatment and recovery plans
• document resident behavior and progress
• communicate concerns to clinical and medical teams
• participate in team meetings and case reviews
• support medication observation and administration
• and assist with household tasks.
