What you'll do

• Work with the General Manager and staff to revise and maintain HR policies and procedures
• develop labor contract negotiation strategies
• implement employee relations programs
• coordinate disciplinary and termination proceedings
• manage recruiting for hourly and salaried roles
• administer training and benefits
• support payroll administration
• coordinate plant safety and workers’ compensation reporting
• maintain training records
• maintain IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 compliance.
