Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required This is an onsite position located in Charlotte, NC. The salary is $44,768.00 per person, with approximately $168,000 total compensation per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Milton Hershey School is seeking dedicated couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this role, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, and support for approximately 8-13 students, fostering their academic, emotional, and social development.

What you'll do

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience

Experience working or volunteering with youth. High school diploma or GED required.
