What you'll do

• Set up and operate Star Swiss-type CNC lathes
• install and adjust tooling, guide bushings, and collets
• load programs and refine offsets
• interpret drawings and GD&T
• perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measurement tools
• monitor machine performance and part quality
• troubleshoot dimensional drift and tool wear
• maintain production and inspection records
• follow safety procedures and collaborate on process improvements.
