What you'll do

• Lead pre-award, award, and post-award acquisition activities
• develop acquisition strategies, plans, statements of work, cost estimates, market research, and justifications
• conduct cost and procurement analysis
• review invoices
• manage deliverables and performance metrics
• prepare briefings and reports
• track milestones, risks, and actions
• support IT and cyberspace contracting
• advise government program managers and contracting officers
• apply FAR and DFARS requirements.
