Director of Nursing

What you'll do

• Plan, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct nursing department programs and activities. Maintain and update department policies and procedures
• report to the Administrator. Coordinate nursing services with other resident services, support quality assurance and facility surveys, and assist with corrective action and discharge planning. Help determine staffing levels, assign nursing personnel, develop work schedules, delegate responsibilities, and make daily rounds.
