Addiction Counselor Supervisor (LCADC)

The Addiction Counselor Supervisor (LCADC) role is onsite in Parkville, MD, as a flexible independent-contractor position for up to 20 hours per month. This oversight is intended to strengthen person-centered, recovery-oriented substance use services and support effective clinical practice.

What you'll do

• Provide individual and/or group clinical supervision
• consult on complex cases
• guide ASAM level-of-care recommendations
• review assessments, treatment plans, notes, and discharge documentation
• support training and competency development
• participate in case reviews and quality improvement
• and communicate clinical, documentation, ethical, or compliance concerns.
