The role provides clinical supervision and staff development while supporting evidence-based prevention and treatment for people with substance use, mental health, and co-occurring disorders. It coordinates case consultation and treatment team meetings, collaborates with prescribers and community partners, and provides direct supervision of crisis assessment, triage, and brief therapeutic interventions.

• Supervise social workers and other behavioral health clinic staff as needed
• support fidelity to identified evidence-based practices

Why this role

Requires a master’s degree in social work, an active Michigan LMSW clinical license, two or more years of behavioral health clinical experience, and at least one year of supervisory experience. A Michigan Certification Board of Addiction Professionals development plan is required within three months of hire if the employee lacks an MCBAP credential.
