What you'll do

• Provide patient and customer service
• assess eyewear needs and recommend lenses, coatings, and frames
• assist with frame selection and measurements
• order and dispense eyewear
• make repairs and adjustments
• explain contact lens insertion, removal, and care
• assist the optometrist with case histories and screenings
• process billing and claims
• prepare lab work orders and maintain frame inventory.
