The Equipment Operator works onsite in Eau Claire, WI. Pay is $26–$29 per hour. Underground Systems Inc performs underground utility construction work. The operator safely operates and maintains underground utility equipment, works with the Foreman and crew, and helps identify excavation hazards. Accurate interpretation of plans, locate markings, and safe excavation practices supports project execution around underground utilities.

What you'll do

• Operate and maintain assigned underground utility equipment
• work with the Foreman and crew
• identify underground utilities and locate markings
• interpret and follow safe excavation practices
• assist with commercial vehicle and trailer combinations after qualifying for a DOT medical card
• maintain required CDL and tanker endorsement when operating combinations over 26,000 pounds.
