What you'll do
- Communicate information and instructions to drivers regarding schedules, route changes, and emergencies.
- Handle customer call-ins and provide updates on delivery/service times.
- Make outgoing calls to customers regarding issues like locked gates.
- Support drivers during emergencies.
- Work with customer service on scheduling.
- Post routes and sequences deliveries.
- Review driver manifests for accuracy.
