What you'll do

• Manage business and commercial litigation matters
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other filings
• argue motions in Virginia Circuit Courts and other state courts
• take and defend depositions
• develop litigation and discovery strategy
• advise clients
• prepare bench and jury trials
• serve as lead counsel where appropriate.
