Plant Maintenance Mechanic

The Plant Maintenance Mechanic role is an onsite position based in Kyle, TX. 50 per hour DOE, and this role supports the Aggregates line of business at Heidelberg Materials. This role exists to ensure the operational efficiency of industrial equipment and machinery. The mechanic performs preventative maintenance, troubleshoots mechanical issues, and maintains systems to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
• Inspect, test, and maintain mechanical systems in accordance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
