What you'll do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
• provide hospice care focused on pain control and symptom management
• coordinate with physicians, hospice staff, and agencies
• maintain timely patient documentation and records
• administer medication in accordance with laws and policy
• assess hospice eligibility
• counsel patients and families
• coordinate care plans and equipment
• participate in on-call duties.
