Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Control service workflow and document job status
• process orders in multiple business systems
• contact customers with estimates and obtain purchase order numbers
• provide repair and calibration status and completion dates
• answer billing and delivery questions
• relay general technical information
• generate purchase orders as needed
• maintain department records
• coordinate daily driver pickup and delivery
• process units in calibration lab software
• prepare shipment paperwork and assist with shipping and receiving as required.
