What you'll do

• Provide timely responses to telephone inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist callers with filling out online applications and submitting them electronically.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client regulations and policies.
• Report problems via the online system and refer complex calls to senior staff.
