The role helps build a service focused on whole-person care and clinical support in areas including hormone, thyroid, gut, and metabolic health.

What you'll do

• Design and launch three Health-Span Program tracks
• shape intake criteria, lab panels, monitoring cadence, and referral guidelines
• create consultation structure and documentation practices
• review labs and determine when to refer patients back to prescribers
• advise prescribers on compounded therapy selection, dosing, and monitoring
• conduct patient consultations
• train the team
• host webinars and create educational content
• build relationships with functional and integrative medicine practitioners.
