Pre-Roll Production Lead

The Pre-Roll Production Lead works onsite in Portland, OR, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Pay is $21–$23 per hour. Fire Dept Cannabis distributes products to more than 300 dispensaries across Oregon and produces a range of cannabis products. The role leads daily pre-roll manufacturing operations, guiding the team through production and packaging while maintaining quality, safety, sanitation, and OLCC compliance. It supports consistent production and adherence to established procedures.

What you'll do

• Train production staff on processes and SOPs
• delegate tasks and provide feedback and coaching
• monitor team processes and conduct quality checks on pre-rolls and packaged goods
• audit packaging and production supplies
• record packaging log entries
• assist with raw material intake by verifying weights and storing inventory
• ensure safety, sanitation, and OLCC compliance.
