What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, patients, and staff
• follow security procedures and site policies
• respond calmly to incidents and behavioral-health concerns using escalation and reporting procedures
• conduct routine and random unarmed patrols
• monitor access points
• report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations
• complete activity logs and incident reports.
