Patient Access Liaison

Job overview

The Patient Access Liaison role is field-based in Cleveland or Columbus, OH. Compensation is $180,000–$200,000 per year. COMPASS Pathways develops investigational treatment options for mental health care, including COMP360 for treatment-resistant depression and PTSD. The liaison supports site readiness and patient access by educating healthcare stakeholders on REMS, coverage, reimbursement, and treatment logistics. The role helps address access barriers, coordinate approved support pathways, maintain compliant documentation, and share field insights while observing non-promotional boundaries.

What you'll do

• Support REMS site certification and patient enrollment education
• strengthen site access readiness
• provide compliant education on coverage, coding, reimbursement, benefits investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, and access processes
• support case-level access resolution and treatment logistics
• coordinate cross-functional handoffs
• maintain accurate CRM documentation and account plans
• maintain non-promotional role boundaries.
