Peer Recovery Coach — Second Shift

What you'll do

• Model recovery and provide hope, encouragement, and support
• help clients develop quarterly recovery goals and wellness plans
• assist clients in navigating treatment, housing, employment, and social services
• facilitate recovery-focused group discussions and one-on-one peer sessions
• support recovery networks
• document services and client interactions according to agency and privacy standards
• collaborate with clinical staff and case managers
• participate in training and supervision
• meet service deadlines.
