What you'll do

• Provide physical therapy in accordance with professional standards and physician orders
• evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Coordinate daily program operations, scheduling, caseloads, and workflow
• serve as the onsite Blue Stone Therapy leader
• support team onboarding and mentoring
• monitor documentation, regulatory, and payer requirements
• build relationships with facility and interdisciplinary teams
• and help improve services and patient outcomes.
