The Home Health Aide role is onsite in Vernon, AZ, with pay of $17 per hour. ZION CARE provides one-on-one home health care intended to meet patients’ needs through personalized care and supportive relationships. The aide follows care plans in patients’ homes, assists with daily activities and personal care, maintains care records, and supports patients’ engagement and well-being. The posting requires a home health aide program graduate, one year of professional experience, a driver’s license, and CPR certification.

What you'll do

• Assist patients with moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
• change bed linens, do laundry, clean the home, and assist with personal care
• maintain records of care, condition, progress, or problems and report observations to a supervisor
• converse with or read aloud to patients
• give medications and immunizations
• and engage patients in exercises or other activities.
