What you'll do

• review drawings, specifications, and scopes
• coordinate with project managers on workforce, materials, changes, and priorities
• inspect work quality and progress
• enforce safety policies and OSHA requirements
• conduct toolbox talks
• document daily progress
• coordinate inspections, punch lists, and closeout
• represent CPM Builders with clients and project partners.
