What you'll do

• Ensure staffing meets job tasks and essential retail times
• supervise buying, receiving, and stocking
• provide customer service and resolve customer feedback
• oversee department goals, margins, pricing, and inventory counts
• participate in marketing and merchandising plans
• maintain equipment and cleanliness
• assign tasks and plan seasonal resets
• schedule, interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff
• contribute to budgets and sales goals
• review financial reports and take corrective action as needed.
