What you'll do

• Lead and supervise crews installing storm drainage, water, and sewer systems
• plan daily activities to meet schedules, safety requirements, and production goals
• interpret civil plans and specifications
• ensure quality and regulatory compliance
• train and support crew members
• monitor jobsite safety
• coordinate with project managers, superintendents, inspectors, subcontractors, and field personnel
• manage materials and equipment
• communicate project status and resolve issues.
