Maintenance Engineer — Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical and General Maintenance

What you'll do

• Lead and perform commercial plumbing installation, repair, maintenance, and replacement
• diagnose and repair plumbing systems and fixtures
• perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
• troubleshoot HVAC controls and electrical systems up to 480V where qualified
• perform general building repairs and facility improvement work
• coordinate priorities with the Project Manager and Federal Facility Manager
• review work for quality and contract compliance
• assist with preventive maintenance scheduling
• coordinate after-hours responses when required
• maintain work documentation in the CMMS
• promote safety and identify deficiencies and improvements.
