What you'll do

• Manage the LiveSchool positive reinforcement system
• embed PRIDE values and oversee the Junior Coach program
• guide Morning Meetings and SEL curriculum
• organize assemblies and community-building initiatives
• manage recess and lunch operations
• communicate with families and facilitate family-staff meetings
• maintain behavior tracking
• coach teachers
• analyze MTSS Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions
• partner on FBAs and BIPs
• deliver staff development
• apply restorative consequences and de-escalation strategies.
