The Project Manager, Industrial Construction role is onsite in Chicago, IL; onsite requirements may change based on client needs. The salary range is $115,000–$145,000 per year. What you'll do

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains
• track milestones and project schedules
• ensure project governance and best practices
• prepare status reports
• monitor multiple construction projects and design standards
• coordinate suppliers and project information
• forecast milestones and budgets
• support local design teams
• respond to field RFIs
• provide cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance
• review reports, drawings, timelines, and costs
• support client relationships and process improvement.
