Hospice Admissions Registered Nurse (RN)

What you'll do

• Complete comprehensive patient and family assessments

• provide nursing interventions, medications, and treatments as prescribed
• counsel and educate patients and caregivers
• document care and changes in condition
• coordinate with physicians and community health professionals
• participate in interdisciplinary meetings and on-call duties
• arrange necessary equipment and services
• supervise ancillary personnel when required.
