The Director of Human Resources role is onsite in Raleigh, NC. The stated salary range is $60,000–$65,000 per year. The director supports Perry Creek Health & Rehabilitation Center’s mission of providing “Care Beyond Compare” by helping keep the healthcare center fully staffed with exceptional employees. The role exists to lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee support, and staffing coordination so the center can maintain adequate coverage and support employee engagement and development. It also helps ensure employment records and scheduling processes are maintained accurately and in compliance.

What you'll do

• Lead recruitment to identify and hire candidates
• manage onboarding and new-hire orientation and maintain compliant employment records
• manage the bi-weekly payroll process and check timecard completeness and accuracy
• answer employee questions about benefits, policies, and procedures
• prepare and update schedules and daily staffing to ensure adequate staffing ratios
• maintain the electronic scheduling system
• coordinate time-off requests to ensure nursing-unit coverage
• build working relationships with other healthcare-center departments.
