Compensation is $165,000–$200,000 per year. The Director of Technology is an onsite, primarily office-based role in Puyallup, WA, with regular visits to active construction jobsites. What you'll do

• Develop and execute a multi-year technology roadmap and enterprise AI strategy
• advise executives on technology investments
• establish governance for AI, data, and systems integration
• partner with business departments on technology solutions
• oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, continuity, and risk programs
• lead and mentor technology managers
• manage budgets, vendors, and procurement
• communicate performance and strategic progress.
