What you'll do

• Prepare menus and cook meals
• ensure meal plans meet nutritional requirements
• plan four-week menu cycles with seasonal and holiday menus
• accommodate allergies and other dietary or religious restrictions
• present food attractively
• monitor food temperatures
• receive, inspect, and store food and supplies
• monitor donations and storage conditions in accordance with health and safety requirements.
