Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is a Honolulu-based Medicare-certified home health agency serving patients across Oahu, with a mission to help kupuna and local families remain safe and independent at home. The pathologist provides in-home speech therapy, evaluates patients, and develops individualized treatment plans for swallowing disorders, cognitive-communication deficits, and speech or language impairments. The role collaborates with nurses, therapists, and case managers and maintains accurate documentation in a Medicare home health setting.
