What you'll do

• Inspect, repair, refurbish, monitor, test, dismantle, and reassemble machinery and equipment
• perform preventive maintenance on drives, motors, belts, and filters
• inspect and test electrical equipment and systems
• troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components
• install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air-conditioning systems
• diagnose mechanical problems using blueprints, manuals, and parts catalogs
• coordinate with vendors and contractors on repairs outside routine maintenance
• maintain service schedules and records
• coach and mentor Maintenance Technician I staff and assistants
• follow safety rules and participate in daily 6S activities.
