Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Complete minor repairs to walls, paint, furniture, doors, locks, lights, appliances, drains, and toilets
• report unsafe or inefficient conditions
• complete paperwork
• use safety equipment and follow procedures
• coordinate with maintenance staff
• assist with training, inspections, pest control, snow and ice clearing, housekeeping, and vehicle repairs as assigned
• complete work orders
• participate in an on-call rotation and work overtime as needed.
